We’re looking forward to seeing you on-site at NVK Nurseries on Monday, February 2nd.
The live on-line class begins the week before and is a mandatory requirement.
Please arrive by 8:45 am. GROW Staff and instructors will be on-site to greet you.

Arrive between 8:30 am - 8:45 am
Please note that instructors and staff will not be on site before 8:30 am
On-site parking is FREE.
Park in the parking lot and meet outside of the office which is the building labelled as NVK Nurseries in the photo. An instructor will meet you there on the first day to take you to the building where the classroom is.
SHUTTLE:
Shuttle pickup and return details for on-site training days starts Monday, February 2.

Hamilton GO Centre – Hunter St East
The shuttle will be picking up along Hunter St East, directly outside the Hamilton GO Centre area. There is plenty of curb-side space on this street. If the designated pickup spot is unavailable at the time of arrival, the shuttle will park at the next nearest available curb-side spot along Hunter St East.

Shuttle departs promptly at 8:00 AM

• Please arrive a few minutes early to avoid delays
• Look for the white Mercedes-Benz Sprinter shown in the photos
• Remain along Hunter St East near the GO Centre entrance until the shuttle arrives
WhatsApp group
To help with coordination, We’ll be creating a WhatsApp group for everyone using the shuttle. This will allow us to communicate easily on the day of pickup in case someone is running late, needs directions, or has trouble locating the shuttle.

Full pants/jeans are required for practical training.
Please bring or wear long cotton socks to try on the provided work boots.
Be prepared for the weather - layer if needed
Sun protection including sunscreen
What NOT to wear:
No overly loose clothing.
Baggy clothing can get caught in equipment and cause injury.
No dangling jewelry
No finger rings

Pack a lunch/snacks/drinks
UPDATE: Please note that there is NOT a fridge available for your lunch/snacks.
There is nowhere close by to purchase food so please pack a lunch and snacks.
